Very basic modifications - lots more to do
Useful for writing SCONE inputs
Still need to fix material densities...

Can translate MCNP inputs to SCONE. Tested successfully on ATR. One large change required for SCONE was making a UniverseCard. This was done because SCONE uses explicit cell universes, rather than implicit universes most other codes use. This might help in the future for, e.g., translating lattice universes, maybe? There are nearly certainly a few other things I have done sub-optimally, but I have had the code in this state for a while and thought it good to get it out there at least!
