Update guesttests and vm features tests like vcpu hotplug, memory hotplug etc. Update nested machine property test. Remove numa memoryless node tests as it got deprecated in recent qemu, libvirt builds. Signed-off-by: Satheesh Rajendran <sathnaga@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
