  • Move all reports to the top-level directory
  • Minor corrections to all Readme files
  • Use Hourly refresh frequency, add sample data to Readme
  • Use original columns instead of the converted_xxx columns in the relevant the reports
  • Corrections to seeds-report.sh
    • Added the correct table name and refresh procedure name in report creation
    • Fixed DDL creation
    • Added additional variables for INSTALL_DDL and DROP_EXISTING_REPORT
    • Added Readme
  • Delete src/main/resources/README and update reports/README with accurate list of reports
