Summary:
- README streamlined and OSS-friendly with light emojis and a “Philosophy” note.
- Added docs/CLI.md (commands, flags, examples, conflict strategies).
- Added examples/tickets_with_custom_fields.md and examples/
  ticketr_state.example.json.
- Linked all docs and examples with clickable repo links.
