This PR adds full Docker support to the project.

Changes included:

Added multi-stage Dockerfile for efficient container builds
Added .dockerignore to reduce build context size
Added docker-compose.yml for easy local running (optional)
Updated README.md with build and run instructions
Improved developer experience for containerized workflows

Purpose:
To allow the project to be built and run inside Docker containers, improving portability and deployment options.
