We should probably remove react-scripts from devDependencies in package.json

This PR removes the
react-scriptsdependency and addsparcelto be used for the bundler. A neweslintconfig was also added, and any linting issues that arose from that have been addressed in this PR.Also, all component files have been moved to a new
componentsfolder.
