  • Rename LICENSES.md to NOTICE file to follow standard naming conventions
  • Remove sniffio, mdurl dependencies from runtime section (moved to dev)
  • Update development dependency versions:
  • Update license categories summary to reflect dependency changes
  • Update last modified date to 2025-12-22
  • Update pyproject.toml to reference NOTICE instead of LICENSES.md
