I noted almost two years ago that I was planning to deprecate Resolver in favor of Factory. And I noted six months ago that Resolver was deprecated and replaced by Factory. |

Privacy manifest integration should be by itegrate as resource_bundles. This way of integrations cause the conflict with projects PrivacyInfo file.
