Fix Image Upload Validation and Implement GCP Integration

This PR addresses the image upload validation issues that were causing 400 Bad Request errors. The implementation includes:

Enhanced validation middleware for image uploads
Improved error handling for chunked image uploads
Mock GCP responses for development environment
Updated API routes to match the new project structure

Testing

Tested locally with the server running
Verified image uploads work correctly without validation errors
Confirmed the vision classifier creation flow works end-to-end
