Pull Request: Add MariaDB Setup and User Configuration Instructions

This PR includes a guide to help new users set up and configure MariaDB.

Key points in the guide:

  • Instructions to install and secure MariaDB.
  • How to create non-root users with appropriate permissions.
  • Instructions for configuring the app using environment variables (DATABASE_URL).
  • A list of useful MariaDB commands for basic database management.
  • Note: The database password is the same as the one used for the old psql db.
