Foundation address had been compromised. Changed the foundation address so we can give it back to the Renewable energy producers instead of the thieves.

Foundation address has been compromised. Changed the foundation address so the address can grow and have any change for a revival. Thus we can give back to the Renewable energy producers instead of it going into the mainstream. Thus reducing greencoin value.
