  • Added the Cloud Deploy directory to the deploy script to be able to create the oss-fuzz-workers release
  • Removed unnecessary taint from oss-fuzz cluster's nodes that were preventing pods from being scheduled.
  • Added horizontal autoscaler for worker based on pub/sub queue

We don't need to do another release for this - I've already applied these changes
