The closure compiler was giving me a couple of type mismatches in dispatcher.js, so I type casted them. Also, I changed goog.isArray to goog.isArrayLike; base.js does not seem to define goog.isArray anywhere. I searched in the latest commit in master in the closure library repo, which is at commit (https://github.com/google/closure-library/commits?author=12wrigja) at the time of this pull request.
