Adds the concept of identity providers to forumify oauth. Admins can add identity providers and select from a fixed list of types. This commit already adds the "Discord" idp, more types should be added for 1.0.
These standards were already applied in other parts of forumify, such as 1st party plugins. This commit brings these changes to the main platform repo as well.
- sorting on month view was incorrenct after recurring events were added - event minutes werent accounted for in week view
fixes #128 also fixes tests not running
