Remove single-use tags creating unhelpful indexed pages

Single-use tags were generating Google-indexed pages with no grouping value (e.g., /tag/code-of-conduct/).

Changes

Removed 9 single-use tags from 2 files:

• content/pedagogies/004-Thomas-Rhys-Evans/index.md - 4 tags
• content/educators-corner/019-Being-a-Minoritized-Early-Career-Researcher-in-Political-Psychology/index.md - 5 tags

Retained "Lesson Bank" tag:

• Used across 5 neurodiversity lesson plan pages
• Provides meaningful content grouping at /tag/lesson-bank/

Impact

• Before: 10 tags across 7 pages (9 single-use, 1 multi-page)
• After: 1 tag across 5 pages
• Eliminates 9 unhelpful tag index pages from Google indexing

Documentation

Added TAG_CLEANUP_SUMMARY.md with:

• Tag usage analysis and removal rationale
• Future tag usage guidelines (minimum 3-5 pages per tag)
• Recommendations for expanding "Lesson Bank" collection
