i was making textures loading sys
(and the last chinese centices it "making block update sys"

done stuf:
fix issue #108 (with also both worked in 3.7and3.8)
log sys (have option)
separate some function to codes.lib

still doing:
textures load sys rewrites (still testing)
block update sys
random tickes sys
