PR2: Added Revit 2025 & 2026 support

( This pull request is branched off PR1 & builds off it. Please review/merge PR1 first. )

• Revit 2025 & 2026 support added

  • ( Revit 2019 - 2026 supported )
  • Added method extensions to Utils.cs to support to multitarget versions of Revit API
  • Added URL opener class to Utils.cs to support .NET 8
  • There are many file edits, however, they are mostly minor changes referencing the 2 new classes above.

• Known Issue

  • Revit 2025+ BeamsFromColumns.cs & BeamsFromColumnsUI.xaml:
    • Command with using chain checkbox causes an exception.

• Not Tested/Started:

  • ColumnsFromDwg (Columns From CAD)
  • RevitZip (Package Project)
  • ( Likely don't work in Revit 2025+ )
