Removed unnecessary deployment types from the document.
This PR needs extra work and align the content of this file with the tabs proposed by @shainaraskas recently on https://www.elastic.co/docs/troubleshoot/elasticsearch/diagnosing-corrupted-repositories for example.
It doesn't make sense to have a dedicated tab for ECH where the only difference is logging into cloud UI (we can omit that in this type of document and make the doc valid for all deployment types).
