Description
This PR adds a new access status error:
seb_access_deniedto the list, which redirects to an error component avoiding access to the current course:This implementation is specific to the SEB use case. Still, the idea is to make it into multiple extension points that allow extending the course tabs and the main routes, so we can implement this as a pluggable component.
