This notebook provides an elementary introduction to how data science is used in the field of immunology. This notebook uses a Database from the California Health and Human Services detailing reports of MRSA in California Hospitals from 2013-2018. The main activity in this notebook focuses on the students’ ability to comprehend and analyse visualizations and draw complex conclusions from said visualizations.
