  nix shell nixpkgs#git --command sudo nixos-rebuild switch --flake github:dougmaitelli/dotfiles/nix#{flake}

Rebuild

sudo nixos-rebuild switch --flake .#{flake}

If using WSL terminate the instance to ensure proper user is used

wsl --terminate NixOS

wsl --set-default NixOS
