Fixed bio & shash interface issues for latest kernels and supports backward compatibility.
For bio bi_opf is introduced in place of bi_rw. Couple of bio_API signature changes.
bio_API signatures i haven't corrected in this pull request., Because i want to add backward compatibility older kernels.

Did you try formatting with xfs? There is some crash with SCSI Operation type.

I haven't tried xfs yet. Why xfs?? Could you pls tell me is there Any benefit using xfs??

Dmdedup should work with all major filesystems. Our final goal is to submit this to the Linux kernel for review. xfs takes a different path and goes into dm-dedup-rw.c from dm-dedup-target.c

Guys, what is the status of this one? I guess I should wait till things work with xfs (and other file systems)? If so, please, close this pull request.
