  • fix bg color of character editor wrong when no character open
  • add Icons to Create Character & Create Timeline buttons
  • fix bg color of sidebar lists
  • make version button in sidebar use pointing hand cursor
  • slightly adjust the design of the home page tab & add a sentence to get people started
  • make all event scripts use coderegions
  • add some more links to event documentation (character event, jump, label & return event)

Small editor theming fix

Character Editor had wrong BG color when no charater was selected.

Adds Icons to the Create New Character/Timeline button (when those editors are empty), to make it clearer that the buttons in the toolbar do the same thing.
