T24 jBC routine executor

This utility runs jBC program from Java GUI. Useful to execute T24 correction programs. This is built on TAFJ R22_SP22.39 version on Java 8. If you are on other version of TAFJ then load your TAFJ libraries in pom.xml and use the codes as in the repository Also check the Java version on which TAFJ is built and create the program in the same Java version. Update the JAVA_HOME & path of executable jar along with runting libraries of T24 in run-app.bat file and run it. Transform the script file to .sh for Linux environment.
