Description: The ubuntu focal is going out of support from May 31, 2025. So updating all features test scripts where ubuntu focal(20.04) was referred.
Changlog: The following changes are done.
almalinux,fedora&cbl-mariner-2.0base images were failing due to some missing utilities, example. Fixed that also as part of this PR.Checklist:
