- Implemented PluginStepConfigurationAnalyzer to enforce rules for AddFilteredAttributes and AddImage methods on Create and Delete operations.
- Added diagnostic descriptors for CT0008, CT0009, and CT0010.
- Created unit tests to validate the behavior of the analyzer against various scenarios.
