This Pull Request improves the readability of the CVE Scan pipeline logs by adding descriptive emojis to echo statements in the GitLab CI template.
While these changes are purely cosmetic, they significantly enhance the developer experience by making it easier to visually scan through long pipeline logs and identify specific stages (e.g., environment setup, registry login, image scanning, and report uploading).
