Add a VPA check and raise an error if [UpdateMode: Auto] is specified there

Tests:

  • updateMode: Auto
🐒 [vpa (#templates)]
     Message:      VPA updateMode cannot be 'Auto'
     Module:       test-vpa-module
     Object:       kind = VerticalPodAutoscaler ; name = test-app ; namespace = test-namespace
     FilePath:     templates/deployment.yaml

  • updateMode: Recreate
    All OK

  • updateMode: Off
    All OK
