Fixed PicoScope 2206B serial null termination conversion error

PS5444D SigGenSoftwareControl added

Picobase is calling the _lowLevelSigGenSoftwareControl function of the pa5000a.py module, but it was not implemented there.

I added this function with the embedded PicoScope lib call to ps5000aSigGenSoftwareControl().
