Support for AMD (e.g. http://requirejs.org/docs/whyamd.html) compatible JS loaders like requirejs and dojo.
Note: This is an initial attempt to add support, and support has only been added for some stores: sqlite, sqlite3, mysql and memory. Neither has support been added to any of the add-on modules like sync or migrations.
