In file example/k8s_auth/vault-tokenreview-binding.yaml I found a wrong namespace. I think it should be "default".

I think the namespace in
example/k8s_auth/vault-tokenreview-binding.yamlshould bedefaultbecause in the doc kubernetes-auth-backend I see that we create a service account in the default namespace.
