An implementation of my original proposal solution for #55. I think a warning is the simplest useful feedback to a user on a misspelled region. The core behavior doesn't need to change.
In #75 I showed how to raise an exception when a connection error is caused by an invalid region input. @connelldave pointed out that it makes the behavior of cove less clear: what exactly would
raise_exceptionmean?I think I prefer this one over #75 now.
