Adds UMD header, so the project can be used both from CommonJS projects, AMD projects, and plain old <script> tags in the document header. Dependencies on jquery and resig-class are declared in package.json, so that they can be resolved by the package manager later on (npm, browserify, webpack etc) Libraries (like qunit) that were committed into this repository were deleted; instead, they are loaded from node_modules.
