This PR adds full documentation for configuring Amazon SES as the inbound email provider for self-hosted Chatwoot installations.
The guide walks users through the required AWS setup (SES → SNS → Chatwoot), DNS configuration, email receiving rules, and the final connection step inside Chatwoot.
