Modulus Pull Request

Description

• Added more parameters into the constants file to allow hyperparameter sweeps
• Added error and colourbars into the inference code
• Added a launch script for running using a custom docker image (will move outside this project to be with the Dockerfile)
• Modified train to use the extra values in the constants file
• Added a wandb_train file for use with wandb. This has the validation code present. This needs to be copied to the train file
• Returns the wandb run from the initialisation function
• Has the checkpointing fix from PR #111
