OK, I may have done the merge of this branch to a local branch which is not what I was planning to do - was meant to do that on PR #251. Think I need to take a break and leave things for the time being. |

Closing this branch as it was completely messed - it is replaced by another PR #313. Will invite @svenvanderburg to contribute to #313 directly and this is where we will leave review comments for him. |
