chore: add link to end-users guides

[Copilot]

Adds a "Guides" link to the Help section in the navigation, directing users to documentation guides.

• Added new menu item in the Help dropdown pointing to /docs/ path
• Positioned after existing Help/FAQ items in the navigation structure
