- Updated `preVersionCommand` in `nx.json` to use `npx` for consistency. - Enabled `conventionalCommits` for better commit message management. - Configured changelog settings to create releases on GitHub and adjusted rendering options. - Modified `release.yml` to include `--first-release` flag for the release command.
