Recently, extensions added their version string to the extension name. Update
avocado hitl mount | unmountto identify and mask the correct enabled extension by name when passing-e <EXT_NAME>without a verison number. When mounting an extension via HITL, we are temporarily ignoring version and taking exactly what is built on the HITL server (developer's workstation).
