Summary

This PR refactors the FoamBC system to allow both Postprocessors and Variables to set OpenFOAM variables

Related Issue

Resolves #78 #73

Checklist

  • Implement refactored BCs
    • Postprocessor creates Receiver
    • Postprocessor version of fixed-gradient/fixed-value BC
    • Add mass flow rate postprocessor BC
    • Add mass flow rate mapped flow rate postprocessor BC
    • Add scalar bulk flow rate postprocessor BC
  • Tests have been written for the new/changed behaviour.
  • Rebase on future commits
  • Add documentation for THM/CFD coupling - natural circulation test (with fixed-point)
