[COR-5] Add performance tests for vector index stored values

Add performance tests for vector index when filtering is applied. Two test cases are added:

• Filtering when using a vector index
• Filtering when using a vector index which has defined storedValues on the filtering fields, meaning this case should be faster than the one above
