Closes #15.
Change log:

  • improve unit testing with karma.
  • improve e2e testing with protractor.
  • reorganize app sources.
  • update dependencies to work with AngularJS 1.3.x versions.
  • set a suitable bootstrap-sass version in order for glyphicons to work.
