Add geodesic property to Polyline and Polygon for drawing great-circle paths
Replace strokeCap with separate startCap/endCap properties on Polyline
Add StyleSpan support for multi-colored polyline segments
Create GeodesicUtils with haversine distance and spherical interpolation
Update MapController drawing methods to handle new features
Add Bochum-to-Berlin geodesic demo in Example04
Bump version to 0.13.0
