Invalidate cache on every deployment see adobe/aio-cli-plugin-app#882
NOTE: this is a breaking change as it requires users to be logged in to use aio-lib-web

This requires the addition of a cdn-api which I don't think is the right approach. Lets leave this for now, we know how to do it if we need to.
