7.2.0 - Connection Backoff Logic

This release implements exponential backoff logic when connecting to MQTT server. Thank you @vladak!

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython Bundle.

To use in CPython, pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-minimqtt.
