Minor Enhancement

• NEW: expose booking direction of ledger booking when draw cash from support account
• NEW: multi-interest-bond
• FIX: interest rate was erased if merging funding transaction with other pay int pay prin transaction.
• FIX: BUGFIX: payPrinBySeq not working
• NEW: expose new ledger booking type "till"
• FIX: fix interest rate swap settlement ( should be payout but it collects )
• NEW: new formula : totalFunding which records all funding on single bond

Refactor

• factor out bond payment sequence function

Syntax Change of Absbox

• when draw cash from support account:

  old syntax: ["suppportAccount", accName, ledgerName]
  new syntax: ["suppportAccount", accName, (direction,ledgerName)]
