SIMPLE COMMERCIAL LICENSE

This Simple Commercial License ("License") is a legal agreement between Nikita Shkilov (the "Author") and any customer ("Customer") who uses the FraudCatcher Chatbot ("Software").

1. **Grant of License**: The Author grant the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the Customer projects without any limit. The Customer may also use the Software for educational purposes.

2. **Restrictions**:
   - The Customer shall not copy, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software for commercial purposes.
   - The Customer may not modify, merge, publish, or distribute copies of the Software in any form.

3. **Ownership**: The Software is licensed, not sold. The Author retain all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Software.

4. **Termination**: This License is effective until terminated. The Author may terminate this License immediately if the Customer breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Customer must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

5. **Disclaimer of Warranties**: The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. **Limitation of Liability**: In no event shall the Author be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

7. **Governing Law**: This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

By using the Software, the Customer agrees to the terms of this License.
