Thank you for the convenient package. I like it and use it so much. To make it even friendly for broad user community, I improve the documentation of nearly all functions and fixed one bug in
getNearestFeatureIndicesAndDistances()where results foroverlap=="all"condition are alway overriden byoverlap=="TSS"silently. Please confirm the bug issue and incorporate the documentation if you think it is helpful.Haibo Liu
