This repository contains the UBDS^3 2025 Machine Learning Track materials. This lecture series gives a theoretical and practical overview of common machine learning and computational algorithms used in different fields of biology. Techniques range from dimensionality reduction to advanced neural networks. Each day consists of a plenary lecture and a practical session.
