Armory - loadout import

When merged this pull request will:

• Add a button to allow the importing of loadouts. This will allow someone to make a loadout in the arsenal, copy it to clipboard and then import it here. Make fancy UI thing as described in the todo list

Todo:

• Add and align new import button
• UI Image (thank you Mick!)
• Make new listbox page that is populated with ACE Arsenal loadouts and figure out how to use/add a take button
• Improve error messages (get displayName, maybe add an image of the missing item)
• Move strings into stringtable
• JJ standards
• Test extensively

I will probably be leaving this open for a while since UI confuses me a lot. If anyone wants to pick this up, go for it.
